SUMMARY: This is a cryptocurrency-only pearl exchange for MAK Cards Online. All sales are final. No refunds. Pearls have no cash value. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Black Market ("the Service") is an independent web-based pearl exchange. The Service allows you to purchase Pearls — virtual currency used on the MAK Cards Online platform — using cryptocurrency (USDT or USDC stablecoins).
The Service is hosted at bm.dimlight.online and bm.huskyhaul.online. When you place an order, Pearls are credited to the recipient's account on the MAK Cards Online platform.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
The purchase process:
You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address on the correct network. Transactions sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in an incorrect amount cannot be recovered.
Pearls are virtual currency used on the MAK Cards Online platform for purchasing Premium subscriptions, collectible items, deck invite codes, and other features.
The full terms governing Pearl usage, spending, and forfeiture are defined in the platform's Terms of Service.
The Service accepts cryptocurrency payments only:
Each order has a 30-minute payment window. If payment is not received and confirmed within this period, the order expires automatically. No funds are charged for expired orders.
You must send the exact amount displayed on the payment screen. Overpayments, underpayments, or partial payments may not be matched automatically and may result in loss of funds.
WARNING: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Double-check the wallet address, network, and amount before sending. We cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses or on unsupported networks.
All purchases are final. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions and virtual currency, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
You are responsible for any blockchain network fees (gas fees) required to send your transaction. These fees are not collected by us and are set by the blockchain network.
Pearls are credited to an account identified by email address. You are responsible for providing the correct email address of a valid, existing account.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the USD-equivalent value of the specific transaction in question.
These Terms are governed by international law. All disputes are resolved through negotiation. If negotiations fail, disputes are handled according to applicable law in the jurisdiction of the Service operator.
