Black Market is an independent cryptocurrency pearl exchange for the MAK Cards Online platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Black Market service at bm.dimlight.online and bm.huskyhaul.online.

2. What We Collect

We collect the absolute minimum data required to process pearl purchases:

Data You Provide

• Recipient email address — used to identify the account that will receive Pearls. We do not create accounts on the Black Market domain.

Data Generated by Transactions

• Order details: package selected, Pearl amount, USD-equivalent price, chosen network and token
• Payment details: blockchain transaction hash (tx hash), sender wallet address (as recorded on the public blockchain), payment amount, confirmation timestamp
• Order status: pending, paid, expired, or failed

Automatically Collected Data

• IP address — logged with the order for fraud prevention. Not used for tracking or profiling.
• Language preference — stored in localStorage (browser-side only, not sent to our servers)

3. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT create user accounts on the Black Market domain
• We do NOT use cookies (language preference is localStorage only)
• We do NOT use analytics services (no Google Analytics, no Yandex Metrika)
• We do NOT track browsing behavior or create user profiles
• We do NOT store your cryptocurrency wallet private keys or seed phrases
• We do NOT collect personal information beyond what is listed in section 2

4. How We Use Your Data

We do NOT use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than processing your order and preventing fraud.

5. Data Sharing

We share data only as required to fulfill your order:

• MAK Cards Online platform — recipient email and Pearl amount are sent to the platform to credit Pearls to the correct account
• Blockchain networks — your transaction is recorded on the public blockchain (TRON or Polygon). Blockchain transactions are public and immutable by nature.

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third parties for marketing purposes.

We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.

6. Blockchain Transparency Notice

Cryptocurrency transactions are recorded on public blockchains. This means:

• Your sender wallet address and transaction amount are publicly visible on the blockchain
• Our receiving wallet address is publicly visible
• Transaction history on the blockchain is permanent and cannot be deleted
• We have no control over data recorded on the blockchain

This is inherent to how blockchain technology works and is not something we can change. If you require transaction privacy, consider this before making a purchase.

7. Data Retention

• Order records (recipient email, package, amount, tx hash, status) — retained indefinitely for audit trail and dispute resolution
• IP addresses — retained for 90 days, then deleted
• Expired/failed orders — retained for 30 days, then deleted
• Blockchain data — permanent (not under our control)

8. Data Security

We protect your data with:

• HTTPS encryption for all communications between your browser and our servers
• Server-side encryption for stored order data
• Access controls limiting who can view order records
• No persistent cookies or client-side data storage (except language preference in localStorage)

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access — request what data we hold about your orders
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements and noting that blockchain data cannot be deleted)
• Portability — request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format
